Cutting weight for my wrestling match on Friday.., sucks ass
I had a protein shake for breakfast a cliff bar for lunch.. Practiced in sweats and drank no water. Came home had a glass or two. Then went to the sauna. Had a little water and another cliff bar for dinner. The end.
